This work communicates a response to nature. It is an exploration of the geological aspects of the unique location of the Heritage Coast of the Isle of Wight -  comprising  crumbling multi-coloured sandstone cliffs on varying levels with deep fissures and majestic crags looming above the seashore.  An area on the move and constantly changing.   The work offers an interpretation of the geological character of the cliffs and an exploration of the fragility of the environment caused by the natural process of coastal erosion.  http://www.jillwilkinson.net
